Refund

1. Fill out this  form completely and include it with your return. Include a copy of original sales receipt.
2. Write our shipping address clearly on the outside of the box.    
    We cannot accept a return for used product per the return/exchange policy!
    Shoe returns must have the original box placed in another box for shipping. The original Shoe Box cannot be
    taped or labeled as it is part of the packaging.
3  We recommend insuring your return package with tracking #, as you are responsible for full delivery.

4. If you have paid by check or money order, a check for the refund will be promptly mailed to you.
