On the day that your order ships, you will receive an email that will indicate which carrier your order has shipped with as well as the tracking information. Back Orders:
Due to the high volume and fast changing products, manufacturers will sometimes be delayed with their production. If the Manufacturer has the product available, Boss Motocross will ship your ordered products immediately. The applicable shipping is charged as the products ship with your order.

If an item you ordered is not available from the Manufacturer, Boss Motocross will special order it automatically and it will be noted on your invoice. Your ordered item(s) will immediately ship to you when they become available. Special ordered items usually take 7-10 days on average. If a product will take longer than that, or is no longer available, our customer service will contact you right away. If your backordered product is no longer available from the manufacturer, the total will be available for you to use as a credit towards another available product. Our customer service will inform you of this, should it occur.

If you wish to cancel your backordered item(s) and receive a credit refund, it is your responsibility to contact customer service on the Contact Us page on the Boss Motocross web site. Your special ordered item will automatically ship to you unless you speak to a customer service person to cancel it.

Payment is charged in full at the time the original order ships. The applicable shipping is charged as the products ship with your first order and a 3.99 special shipping and handling fee is charged on Domestic backorders, and a 6.99 special shipping and handling fee is charged on International backorders. 2. Items must be unused, in salable condition and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unwashed and videos unopened.
3. All refunds and exchanges for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. For warranty returns, please include a receipt for your return shipping cost. Refunded shipping amounts will be issued for the cost of regular ground shipping.
4. Boss Motocross cannot accept returns for swim wear or undergarments. All sales are final.
5. All non-defective returned eyewear are subject to a manufacturer 15% restocking fee.
